Job summary

Kohler Hospitality in Kohler, Wisconsin is seeking a casual part-time Busser to support front‑of‑house operations in the dining room. You will clear and reset tables, refill beverages, assist servers, and help maintain clean, stocked service stations.

This onsite role runs weekday and weekend shifts from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Applicants should be able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and be authorized to work in the US. Tips are included in compensation.

• Clear tables of dishware and napkins after meals and return them to the kitchen
• Prepare coffee, tea, and ice water for customers
• Remove dirty utensils and replenish as needed
• Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals
• Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables
• Assist servers with food delivery
• Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked

Opportunity

This is a casual part‑time position working weekdays and weekends. Hours vary between 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm.

Skills/Requirements

The employee must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

The hourly range for this position is $7.30 – $11.00 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
