Responsibilities include bussing, dish handling, table setup, sanitation, and clear communication with hosts and managers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Cleaning and setting tables to restaurant standards.
• Deposit dishes appropriately in dish room or specified area.
• Assist in pre-bussing dirty plates while guests are seated.
• Stocking bussing stations.
• Sweeping underneath and around table areas prior to guest seating.
• Complying with sanitation standards during cleaning.
• Clearly communicating open tables to host/hostess and managers.
• Maintaining professional and friendly demeanor and attitude while working.
• Be knowledgeable of food and beverages offered.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, or lift 50 lbs. or more.
