Biltmore Workforce Management is seeking Server Assistants/Dining Room Attendants in Asheville, NC. The role averages 20 hours per week with schedules typically 10am-4:30pm Jan–Oct and 10am-10pm Nov–Dec; weekends are required.
You will support servers with water service, table replenishment, and maintaining dining room areas. Prior fine dining experience is preferred; strong guest service, attention to detail, organization, and composure under pressure are essential.
Job Description Reserve: a position working an average of 20 hours per week (anywhere between 40-999 hours per year). ($16.32 - $20/hour or more based on business volume and including tips)
Server Assistants/Dining Room Attendants will assist servers by helping provide an exceptional dining experience for all guests. Responsibilities of this position include: water service during all meals and bread and butter service at dinner. The attendant will reset tables, and stock and maintains all items needed for resets during the work shift. The attendant will also assist in the maintenance of the dining room, side stations, kitchen service areas, dish breakdown area and service equipment. Position will also provide general assistance and support for leadership, the department, and the company as required. Schedules can vary, but are generally 10am-4:30pm Jan-Oct and between 10am-10pm November and December. Weekends are required.
