Position Snapshot

Assists Bartenders and Servers by maintaining area cleanliness and providing necessary support to ensure fast, friendly and accommodating service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a superior Guest experience through best combination of food, drinks and games.
• Keep immediate supervisor promptly informed of all problems or unusual matters.
• Take prompt corrective action or suggest alternative courses of action.
• Create a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team Members.
• Adhere to company’s sanitation procedures.
• Responsible for bus stand cleanliness and stocking.
• Ensure wait stations remain clean.
• Empty trash and spot sweep floor as needed.
• Perform opening/closing responsibilities including party breakdown and duties.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and/or close.
• Buss and reset tables.
• Assist Guests by clearing dishes and glassware, and refilling beverages.
• Assist in party setup.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and restock supplies.
• Cleans high chairs and booster chairs.
• Assist other Team members as needed.

Qualifications

Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required. Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required. Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team members.

Physical Demands

Work days, nights and/or weekends as required. Work in noisy, fast pace environment with distracting conditions. Read and write handwritten notes. Lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Move about facility and stand for long periods of time. Walk or stand 100% of shift. Reach, bend and stoop frequently.

Compensation

Salary range: $7.25 – $12 per hour.
