We are seeking enthusiastic busser/server assistants at WILLOW CREEK COUNTRY CLUB. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide excellent customer service to our members. Whether you have previous experience or are new to the industry, we have opportunities for you. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a desire to learn.

Note: Can be cross-trained to work Snack Bar, Food Runner, and Banquets.

Requirements:

• Previous busser experience preferred
• Must have a food handler card
• Must have a professional appearance, be reliable, and have an outgoing and friendly personality
• Thrives under pressure
• Minimum age requirement: 16 years old
• Availability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays

Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly wage: $13-15 per hour
• Benefits include a great work environment, flexible schedules, free employee meals, golf and swimming privileges on Mondays when off

Job Details:

• Type: Part-time
• Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour + tips (based on experience)
• Shift: Day/Evening shifts
• Weekly days: Monday to Friday, with required weekend and holiday availability
