Job summary

EAST Miami is seeking a friendly Busser to support a busy dining team in Miami, FL. You will clear tables, reset for new guests, and ensure glassware and silverware are spotless while assisting with transporting items from the kitchen to the dining room.

Ideal candidates will have food and beverage knowledge and a keen eye for detail. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.

• Food and beverage knowledge is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Able to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Past experience in a similar capacity, hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clear all tables from dirty dishes, silverware, glassware, and dirty linen; then reset tables for new guests.
• Polish all glasses and silverware to be used in the outlet.
• Transport all necessary food/drink items from kitchen/bar to the dining room following service standards.
• Provide customer service to guests and greet guests in the area.
