Job summary

Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas is seeking a team member to help seat guests, maintain cleanliness, and support daily restaurant operations. You will ensure tables are prepared promptly, restrooms and exterior areas are clean, and assist guests with clearing dishes throughout shifts.

Role requires attention to cleanliness, adherence to safety, and the ability to report issues to management. This on-site position supports a high-volume, guest-focused environment typical of Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Lifts and carries racks, cases and bus tubs up to 70 lbs. Up to 20 times per shift.
• Frequent bending and stooping.
• Hazards include cuts from broken glass, burns, slipping and tripping.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests at a clean, properly set table within the shortest time possible.
• Maintain cleanliness of restroom, perimeter of building and parking lot.
• Check cleanliness from previous shift and notify manager of any problems.
• Set up, restock and prepare for shift change and/or close.
• Check schedule for the day and complete assigned duties.
• Check high chairs and booster seats for cleanliness.
• Empty trash and spot sweep and mop restaurant and bar area.
• Offer assistance to guests by clearing away dishes and glassware.
• Clean and sanitize throughout the shift.
• Keep supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters of significance.
• Perform duties in a timely and effective manner per company policies.
