We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Busser to join the MarkhamVineyardshospitalityteam!Reporting to the Sr. Hospitality and Events Manager, this dynamic position is a unique hands-on opportunity to be a part of dynamic team that implements exceptional customer service sales standards in the heart of Napa wine country, and is a stepping stone towards your career in wine. Our culture is focused on sustainability, inclusion, and growth. As an in front and back of house connoisseur, the Tasting Room Busser is an integral part of our team, helping support world-class customer service to all guests. As an on the floor leader, you will work closely with DTC Leadership.This role is based in St. Helena, CAand is a Part-Time, Non-Exemptposition,working 28hrs/week, working mandatory weekends with a schedule (Fri.-Mon.) with flexibility for events.The incumbent qualifies for our outstanding benefits package, wine allowance, and more!

Minimum Qualifications:

• To be successful in this role you must be a proactive team member
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
  Work a flexible schedule that includes all weekends, evenings and/or holidays
• Must be 18 years or older.

Must be able to provide U.S. Work Authorization without current or future sponsorship.


Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Clear tables after guests leave. Take glass/tableware to kitchen and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing
• Between seatings, promptly clean table tops, chairs and banquette
• Reset and arrange tabletops
• Respond appropriately to guest requests, communicate guest requests to servers/manager immediately
• Restock wine, merchandise and collateral materials as needed
• Assist with pre/post shift setup/cleanup
• Maintain the cleanliness of all back of house areas
  
• Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager
