Hospitality Support Team Roles: includes host, food runner/drink runner, barista, and busser. Members will support the guest experience by assisting front of house servers with making and delivering drinks, delivering food, accommodating guests, clearing tables, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Work Schedule: Shifts start and end early, with no night shifts. The schedule is flexible, especially on weekends and holidays, though we are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Busser Responsibilities: Enhance guest experience by maintaining a clean, comfortable, and organized environment. Work efficiently to clear and clean tables quickly, enabling guests to enjoy their dining experience.

• Keep floors clean and debris-free.
• Assist in clearing plates, glassware, and silverware.
• Help servers retrieve items for guests.
• Restock glassware and silverware.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobby and restrooms.
• Communicate with front staff about table status.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a great guest experience.
• Support tasks like organizing and packing to-go orders.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties properly.
