Timbers Kaua‘i at Hōkūala in Kaua‘i, Hawaii, seeks a service-oriented hospitality team member to assist servers and bartenders and help deliver memorable guest experiences. This role emphasizes friendly, efficient table service in a premium oceanfront setting.

Under the F&B Supervisor, you will perform essential duties with attention to detail, teamwork, and safety, including assisting with service, clearing tables, and maintaining dining area readiness.

Qualifications

SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the F & B Supervisor, is responsible to assist servers and bartenders with table service and ensuring guests experience outstanding customer service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Essential functions as defined are ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY and not a comprehensive listing of all functions and duties performed by incumbents within this classification.Essential duties and responsibilitiesmayinclude, but are not limited to, the following:

• Carries trays from food counters to tables for cafeteria patrons
• Carries dirty dishes to kitchen
• Wipes tables and seats with dampened cloth
• Sets tables with clean linens, sugar bowls, and condiments
• Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course
• Perform other duties as appropriate and directed by supervisor/manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge and/or skill required.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of six months of food and beverage experience preferred
• Prior experience in customer service preferred
• Correct use of business English language
• Customer service principles and practices
