First Watch in Canton Charter Township (MI) is hiring Bussers. This role supports a people-first culture with no night shifts, helping to prepare a welcoming dining area for breakfast, brunch, and lunch service.

You will communicate with teammates, reset tables in under three minutes, and assist hosts and servers to ensure smooth seating flow. We value teamwork and reliability; you’ll also help with light housekeeping and maintain a clean dining area.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate well with others and work as part of a team.
• Ability to clean, sanitize, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Willingness to perform light housekeeping and support hosts and servers.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, sanitize & reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Update and communicate with Hosts & Servers when tables are ready for seating.
• Perform other duties such as light housekeeping and polishing silverware.
