First Watch is seeking a Busser in Foley, AL. This role supports a busy breakfast, brunch, or lunch service by maintaining clean, ready tables and smooth seating flow for guests. You’ll collaborate with Hosts and Servers to ensure a welcoming dining experience.

Our Bussers communicate clearly, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and help with light housekeeping tasks to keep the dining area pristine. No night shifts are involved, and we value friendly, proactive team members.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate well with others and work as part of a team.
• Fast, efficient table cleaning and resetting skills.
• Able to update Hosts/Servers about seating readiness.
• Willingness to perform light housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Signal table readiness to Hosts and Servers.
• Assist with light housekeeping and roll silverware.
