The Food & Beverage Department ensures an elevated guest experience by delivering seamless service and maintaining a high-end dining atmosphere.

Job Summary:

The Busser at Latitude Restaurant plays a crucial role in supporting the front-of-house team by clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Reporting to the General Manager or Food & Beverage Manager, this position ensures efficient service flow, a well-maintained dining room, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, luxury dining environment.

Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Part-Time Available

Pay Rate: $12/hr plus tips. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Responsibilities:

1. Quickly and efficiently clear, clean, and reset tables for incoming guests.
2. Assist servers by delivering water, bread, and additional table items as needed.
3. Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, service stations, and outdoor patio areas.
4. Monitor tables for guest needs, refilling beverages and removing used dishware promptly.
5. Support the food running team, ensuring timely delivery of dishes from the kitchen.
6. Assist with stocking and restocking glassware, plates, silverware, and other service essentials.
7. Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring all areas meet sanitation standards.
8. Provide friendly and professional service, contributing to an upscale dining atmosphere.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a busser, food runner, or in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred but not required.
2. Strong teamwork and communication skills, working closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
3. Ability to multi-task and maintain efficiency in a high-end dining setting.
4. Knowledge of proper table setting and fine dining service standards is a plus.
5. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
6. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on restaurant operations.
