The Food & Beverage Department ensures an elevated guest experience by delivering seamless service and maintaining a high-end dining atmosphere.
Job Summary:
The Busser at Latitude Restaurant plays a crucial role in supporting the front-of-house team by clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Reporting to the General Manager or Food & Beverage Manager, this position ensures efficient service flow, a well-maintained dining room, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, luxury dining environment.

Onsite: Black Desert Resort – Latitude Restaurant
Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Part-Time Available
Pay Rate: $12/hr plus tips. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

· Assist servers by delivering water, bread, and additional table items as needed.
· Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, service stations, and outdoor patio areas.

· Support the food running team, ensuring timely delivery of dishes from the kitchen.
· Assist with stocking and restocking glassware, plates, silverware, and other service essentials.
· Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring all areas meet sanitation standards.
· Provide friendly and professional service, contributing to an upscale dining atmosphere.
· Previous experience as a busser, food runner, or in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred but not required.
· Strong teamwork and communication skills, working closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
· Ability to multi-task and maintain efficiency in a high-end dining setting.
· Knowledge of proper table setting and fine dining service standards is a plus.
· Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
· Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on restaurant operations.
