Job summary

Harwood Hospitality group in Dallas is seeking a friendly Busser to support the dining room at Happiest Hour. You’ll clear tables, reset surfaces, provide water service, and help servers maintain a smooth flow of service.

You’ll monitor guest satisfaction, assist the kitchen in expediting orders when needed, and contribute to a welcoming, fast-paced atmosphere. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong guest service at a lively, two-level venue.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Food Handlers certification.

Description

As a Busser you are responsible for overseeing table maintenance, maintaining the flow of service, and assisting servers in the dining room. Standard duties include clearing food and utensils from tables, resetting, water service, monitoring guest satisfaction and assisting the kitchen in expediting the service process.
