Harwood Hospitality Group seeks a Barback for Happiest Hour in Dallas, TX. This on-site position supports bartenders, assists with daily station coordination, and ensures HACCP and FOH SOPs are followed. The Barback is responsible for a smooth and friendly operation of the bar. This is accomplished by adhering to the policies of bar operations using standards and procedures set forth by management. This role assists bartenders with monitoring and coordinating day to day operations of his/her section during each shift and ensures all FOH SOP’s (including HACCP) are followed and executed.
