Job summary

Harwood Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher for Happiest Hour, a dynamic two-level venue with garden spaces and 50 beers on tap. You will help keep dining areas pristine, assist kitchen staff, and follow health and sanitation protocols to uphold our guest experience.

This role offers opportunities to work with a vibrant team in a fast-paced environment; prior dishwashing experience preferred, steady shifts, and potential for advancement within the Harwood Hospitality portfolio.

Job description

Spanning 12,000 square feet, and two levels of space, Happiest Hour is located within walking distance to several sports and arts venues, and is known as the destination for all things spirit-lifting. Its indoor and outdoor bliss features garden games, 25+ TVs, and 50 beers on tap for the ultimate spot to gather amongst friends, family, or colleagues. Its rooftop is known as Fanciest Hour and provides a lounge-like feel with live music that resonates with pure nightlife.

ADishwasher is responsible for keeping restaurants neat and clean to uphold the dining experience. They assist other employees in the kitchen as needed and follow all sanitary and health-related protocols. They ensure all utensils and glassware are clean and up to par with restaurant standards. A dishwasher washes glassware and other implements by hand when necessary, empties/cleans all trash receptacles, and cleans beverage machines when necessary.
