Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking team members for cleaning and maintenance of food and beverage wares, kitchens, and service areas. The role supports sanitation, organization, and cost control aligned withFood & Beverage goals, while delivering superior guest service.

The position requires high school education and guest service experience; candidates must have valid Food Handlers Card, Liquor License, and Gaming Badge.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalency preferred.
• Ability to read and write English required.
• One-year guest service experience in a family or formal dining environment preferred. Casino Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Must have valid Food Handlers Card, Liquor License, and Gaming Badge when working.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service.
• Supply food items to maintain efficient operation.
• Prepare and upkeep food lines and self-service stations.
• Transport food items from kitchen to service areas.
• Inform chefs of prepared items needed.
• Assist in kitchen with prep and dishwashing; ensure ample dishes and utensils.
• Monitor temperatures; ensure sanitation and freshness of food.
• Maintain beverage areas with necessary beverages.
• Complete all opening/closing duties and setup tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned area and kitchen.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Interact positively with guests to enhance relations.
• Rotate and manage inventory of all food items.
• Load and rotate items in storerooms and dry goods.
• Report supplies and guest needs to supervisor.
• Attend to special accommodations and shift end procedures.
