Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Busser/Runner in Maryland to maintain the dining room, storerooms, and beverage station according to cleanliness and stock standards.

Responsibilities include collaborating with servers to ensure guest service, setting tables, clearing and sanitizing dining areas, and serving beverages while maintaining a clean, organized space.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous relevant experience in a fast paced, high-volume restaurant (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas.
• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed.
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles.
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed.

The Job

As a Busser/Runner, you will be maintaining the entire restaurant, including the dining room, storerooms, food pick up area, and beverage station according to established cleanliness and stock standards.

The Day-to-day

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service

Pay Rate

The rate for this role is:

$14.93

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
