Job summary

MGM Resorts International is hiring a Busser/Runner to support our restaurants on-site in Oregon. You will help maintain dining rooms, storerooms, and beverage stations to ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

As a team player, you will collaborate with servers to deliver timely guest service, set up tables, polish silverware, and handle table resets and cleaning. The role offers benefits and requires at least 18 years of age.

THE JOB:

As a Busser/Runner, you will be maintaining the entire restaurant, including the dining room, storerooms, food pick up area, and beverage station according to established cleanliness and stock standards.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Work with servers to ensure proper guest service

Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas

Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed

Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles

Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Paywill not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
