Job Summary

Maintain a clean restaurant in a professional and quick manner. Work with servers on a daily basis and help them with their needs to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Tasks

• Take care of guest requests
• Pre- bus, clear, clean, and reset tables
• Polish silverware and glassware
• Refill ice bins
• Assist servers with filling waters
• Become familiar with all seating areas, tables and seat numbers
• Assist servers with delivering food to tables
• Perform cleaning duties such as taking garbage and linens out, clean spills, and sweeping
• Move tables, rake, shovel, or other duties as directed
• Participate in trash disposal runs when needed
• Assist in other restaurant divisions if needed during down time
• Thoroughly preform opening and closing duties
