Job summary

Ruby Slipper & Ruby Sunshine in New Orleans is seeking team members for our all-day brunch concept. You will clear, sanitize, and reset tables to ensure a smooth, guest-focused experience throughout breakfast and lunch hours. Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables between courses to maintain a clean guest experience.
• Provide tableware for the next course and remove used items from the table.
• Between seatings, promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths and reset for the next party.
• Serve guests refills as needed and remove used tableware between courses.
• Inspect assigned restrooms every 30 minutes and clean as needed.
• Assist with dish room duties by unloading, sorting, and stacking silverware and dishes.

Job Summary:

Responsible for clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables to maintain a clean and efficient experience for the Guests

What does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member?

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
• Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course
• Clear tables after guests leave the table
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area
• Between seating(s) promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths – check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop for next party
• Serve Guests refills as needed – remove used tableware between courses
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
