Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Busser, Food Runner, or entry-level restaurant role.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long hours.
• Friendly, responsible, and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with queries, requests, and redirecting as necessary.
• Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset between seats.
• Serve food and refill beverages as required.
• Assist with cleaning and processing of dirty dishes and silverware.
• Ensure menus, crockery, and cutlery are cleaned and replenished.
• Manage the inventory of napkins, straws, salt, pepper, and other table condiments and supplies.
• Report damages, shortages, and complaints to the manager.
• Move tables, chairs, and furniture to accommodate customers as needed.
• Tidy the restaurant after service and ensure that it is prepped for the following service.
