BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

• Create a relaxed destination: Greet all guests with a friendly smile, demonstrating genuine hospitality.
• Build the perfect oasis: Deliver exceptional service by knowing all food and beverage menus, including telephone etiquette and guest greeting.
• Support your crew: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests; monitor and restock restroom supplies; ensure restroom cleanliness.

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

• At least 1 year of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by law.
• Meet minimum age requirements for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to perform other duties necessary to support the business.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Bending, stooping, and kneeling required frequently.
• Routine standing for the duration of shift.
• Ability to maneuver equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys, and other tools listed in the training manual.
• Scheduled shifts determined by business needs.
