BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

• Create a relaxed destination – Greet guests with a friendly smile, demonstrating genuine hospitality and teamwork.
• Set the course – Assist servers with food delivery, ensuring exceptional service.
• Build the perfect oasis – Maintain tables according to Tommy Bahama standards, including setting and clearing.
• Support your crew – Keep a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests.

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

• At least 1 year of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Current food handler’s card and alcohol service certification as required by law.
• Basic knowledge of food, beverage service, and hospitality.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to perform other duties as necessary to support the business.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Bending, stooping, and kneeling required frequently.
• Routine standing for the duration of shifts.
• Maneuvering equipment such as: hand carts, blenders, knives, wine keys, and other tools listed in the training manual.

Scheduled shifts are determined by business needs.
