Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bus glasses, plates, silverware, and other dining accessories from tables during service and after customers leave the tables.
• Reset tables to CRG standards with fresh linen, silverware, condiments, and table accessories.
• Assist servers by delivering water, refilling beverages, bussing tables, and fulfilling requests.
• Restock service areas, beverage stations, and bars with glassware, silverware, linen, and supplies.
• Carry full bus pans from dining rooms to the kitchen and unload items at the dishwasher.
• Fold napkins to be used for service and carry them to service areas with tablecloths.
• Clean up spills, trash, and other messes; sweep dining rooms and manage waste.
