The Old Spaghetti Factory, a family‑owned restaurant, is seeking a Busser in Indianapolis. You will clear and reset tables, assist servers, and maintain clean, stocked dining areas to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach and stoop throughout shift.
• Able to lift 35lbs without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are cleared of all dishes and materials.
• Clean, sanitize tables and seating, resetting tables for new guests.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked supplies including utensils, napkins, condiments.
• Adhere to high safety and sanitation standards for staff and guests.
• Contribute as part of a team for excellent dining experiences.
