Mi Cocina Uptown in Dallas, TX is seeking an energetic Busser to support servers and bartenders, delivering chips and salsa, clearing tables, and keeping the dining area clean for a smooth guest experience.

Ideal candidates are at least 17 years old with strong customer service and teamwork skills and must be authorized to work in the U.S. The role offers flexible shifts, full-time or part-time, with competitive pay and benefits from M Crowd Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 17 years of age
• Restaurant hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift
• Greet guests as they are seated and chips & salsa
• Clear tables after guests
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and sort/stack items
• Between seating’s, clean tabletops, chairs and booths; check floors/bathrooms
• Respond to guest requests and communicate with the server as needed
• Assist server with food delivery during peak periods
• Maintain a clean and organized service area
• Thank guests as they are leaving
• Fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation by restaurant management
