Job summary

First Watch is seeking a Busser in Reston, VA to support the front-of-house team and ensure smooth service during breakfast, brunch, and lunch shifts. You will be responsible for setting and resetting tables quickly, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting Hosts and Servers to create a positive guest experience.

This role emphasizes strong teamwork, reliable performance, and swift, friendly service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork are essential for coordinating with Hosts and Servers.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and reset tables quickly to support service flow.
• Reliability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well with others and support hosting/serving staff.
• Clear, clean, sanitize & reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Update Hosts & Servers when tables are ready for seating.
• Perform light housekeeping and utensil/area maintenance as needed.
