Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a part-time Busser at our Novi, MI location to keep dining rooms sparkling and ready for guests. You will support servers, bartenders, and hosts to ensure a welcoming experience and help clear and reset tables quickly in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with bussing, bar backing, food running, hosting or server assistant duties, a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables quickly with attention to detail, removing dishes, glassware, and cutlery.
• Reset tables with clean silverware and plateware, maintaining consistent presentation.
• Provide friendly, attentive service that creates a welcoming experience for every guest.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork by supporting servers and bartenders with pre-bussing, refilling beverages, and guest requests.
• Perform dining area maintenance, including cleaning floors, sweeping and mopping as needed.
