Soho House is seeking a Busser to support servers and management by maintaining a clean, organized dining area and ensuring guest needs are met promptly. The role involves cleaning and resetting tables, stocking service ware, and assisting with bar and kitchen support as required.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a busy club environment. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within Soho House.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Detail oriented with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Detail all tables before service; ensure neat place settings and candles are arranged.
• Set appropriate tableware for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or events.
• Stock stations with small plates, glasses, and cutlery; keep bread warm and neat.
• Maintain sections and ensure bread and water are delivered on guest arrival.
• Clear tables between courses and reset for new guests.
• Polish silverware and store together with sink area per local standards.
• Complete side work as directed on side-work sheets.
• Ensure bar cabinet and shelf are stocked with glassware, cutlery, and plates.
