Responsibilities

• Detail all tables before service begins and ensure proper place settings.
• Stock stations and maintain bread warmer; assist with bread and water delivery.
• Clear tables between courses and reset for new guests; polish silverware.
• Assist with side work and bar area stocking.
• Support runners, servers, and management as needed.
