Renaissance Allentown- The Dime is hiring a dependable Busser to support servers and keep dining areas clean and welcoming. This full-time role helps ensure smooth service and guest comfort throughout shifts.

The position offers $10.00 per hour plus tips, with Marriott benefits and opportunities to grow within the hotel family. A positive attitude and teamwork are valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and dependable team member.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift and carry trays, dishes, and restaurant supplies.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and dining areas.
• Assist servers with maintaining tables throughout service.
• Refill water and assist with other guest needs as requested.
• Keep service stations stocked and organized.
• Remove dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables.
• Help maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Assist the Food & Beverage team as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel standards.
