Job summary

You will help with water service and communicate with the kitchen to expedite orders while maintaining cleanliness and a positive guest experience. This is a full-time, on-site position in the Harwood District.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude required.
• Previous experience in a similar setting/role preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Professional demeanor always expected.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and within a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set and reset table settings according to HHG standards.
• Clear food and utensils from tables and reset as needed.
• Provide water service and assist servers to enhance guest experience.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to expedite service.
• Ensure public areas and dining spaces are clean and organized.
• Be available for mandatory meetings or training.
