Summary
As a Busser you are responsible for overseeing table maintenance, maintaining the flow of service, and assisting servers in the dining room. Standard duties include clearing food and utensils from tables, resetting, water service, monitoring guest satisfaction and assisting the kitchen in expediting the service process.
