Job summary

SPIRE Hospitality is seeking a Busser to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team and play a crucial role in elevating our hotel's restaurant and outlet services. You will deliver outstanding guest service by bringing orders from kitchen to tables and ensuring a delightful dining experience.

With a focus on teamwork in a fast-paced setting, you will help prepare trays, verify orders, and keep service areas immaculate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• Food Handlers Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness.
• Prepare food and beverage trays and carts in anticipation of incoming orders, ensuring everything is ready for prompt service.
• Retrieve food and beverage items from the kitchen, verifying that each order is complete with all food, beverages, alcoholic drinks, and condiments.
• Warmly welcome guests by serving beverages, breads, and butter to enhance their dining experience, and graciously replenish as needed to ensure their satisfaction.
• Swiftly refresh tables, and diligently reset all service-ware to create a welcoming and immaculate environment.
• Replenish and restock side-stands, to maintain smooth operations.
