Qualifications

• Must be able to stand long periods, lift 20 lbs, and carry trays.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic English proficiency for communication with guests.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests and provide water service upon seating.
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart.
• Maintain a clean dining area including floors, chairs, and booths.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages during peak times.
• Monitor restrooms, ensure cleanliness, and restock as needed.
• Communicate with hosts and servers to maintain seating efficiency.
• Respond to guest requests and relay special needs to servers.
• Handle tableware and transport to the dishwashing area.
• Assist with overall restaurant setup and side work.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations to keep a safe environment.
