Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas is hiring bussers for both full-time and part-time roles. You will keep the dining room spotless, reset tables, and help with clearing and serving as needed to support a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience or training as a Runner or Busser.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Check in with management for daily assignments and attend pre-shift briefing.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room.
• Remove dirty dishes, silverware, and empty glasses from guest tables between courses and after guests depart.
• Reset tables once guests leave, according to floor plan or management instructions.
• Assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen.
