Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe Honolulu is seeking a team member to support dining operations as a busser. The role focuses on keeping tables clean, clearing dirty dishes, resetting tables, and maintaining a clean dining area to enable servers and hosts to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities include back dock organization, pre-bussing, stock of ice and products, and collaborating with other bussers and dining staff. A sense of urgency and a friendly demeanor are essential for success.

• Demonstrating a high level of organization, attention-to-detail and a sense-of-urgency.
• Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep of the restaurant to support other departments.
• Clear dirty tables.
• Resetting tables.
• Sweep the floor.
• Emptying trash cans.
• Stocking ice/products.
• Maintaining a clean and organized back dock area.
• Pre-bussing tables.
• Having a sense of urgency.
• Assisting and communicating with hosts, servers and other bussers.
• In some Cafes: removing ketchups; refilling guests' drinks and setting up bar pre-mixes.
