Hard Rock Cafe Washington DC is seeking a part-time Busser to support dining room operations. Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, sweeping floors, emptying trash, stocking supplies, and keeping the back dock clean and organized.

You will assist hosts, servers, and fellow bussers with a sense of urgency, and may help with bar station tasks such as beverages preparation where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Clearing dirty tables.
• Resetting tables.
• Sweeping the floor.
• Emptying trash cans.
• Stocking ice/products.
• Maintaining a clean and organized back dock area.
• Pre-bussing tables.
• Having a sense of urgency.
• Assisting and communicating with hosts, servers and other bussers.
• Removing ketchups; refilling guests’ drinks and setting up bar pre-mixes in some Cafés.
