First Watch Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Busser at our Upper Arlington, OH location. You will help maintain clean, ready-to-seating tables in a fast-paced daytime dining environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and speedy turnover to ensure a welcoming guest experience.

As a member of the Front of House team, you’ll support hosts and servers, reset tables in minutes, and contribute to a positive, guest-focused atmosphere. Evening shifts are not required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Reliability and punctuality for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork.
• Clear, clean, sanitize & reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Update and communicate to Hosts & Servers when tables are available for seating.
• Perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness.
