Job summary

First Watch is seeking a Busser to support our daytime dining concept with fast table turnover and teamwork across Hosts, Servers, and kitchen staff. You will help maintain clean tables, assist with light cleaning tasks, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment.

We value dependable team players who communicate well and can reset tables within a few minutes to keep service moving smoothly for breakfast, brunch, and lunch crowds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork.
• Clear, clean, sanitize & reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Update and communicate to Hosts & Servers when tables are available for seating.
• Perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Bussers are responsible for cleaning and resetting tables quickly to support seating.
• Assist with general cleaning tasks and maintaining a tidy dining area.
• Collaborate with hosts and servers to ensure smooth guest flow.
