Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Rosemont, IL is hiring Bussers to support servers by stocking water, rolls and side dishes, and to help keep tables prepared for service. You will transport trays, clean and reset stations, and handle opening or closing duties while prioritizing guest experience.

Applicants must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs, and must be available on weekends and holidays. Benefits include medical, dental, vision for full-time team members, plus life and disability

Responsibilities

• Provides server support by maintaining ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes and other items at each table.
• Executes table clean up and setup in an efficient manner.
• Transports trays from the dining room to the dishwashing area.
• Completes any beginning or closing shift duties.
• Assists in maintaining each service station.
• Manages competing demands while putting the guest first.
