Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Rosemont, IL is hiring Bussers to support servers by replenishing water, cheese rolls and sides, and by keeping tables clean and ready for guests. You will move trays between dining and dishwashing areas and help complete shift duties while ensuring exceptional guest service.

The role requires standing and walking for long periods, weekend/holiday availability, and physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide server support by maintaining ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes at each table.
• Execute table clean up and setup in an efficient manner.
• Transport trays from dining room to the dishwashing area.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
• Assist in maintaining each service station and guest experience.
