Job summary

Fogo de Chão is seeking a Busser to support servers by replenishing beverages, salads, and shared items, and to maintain clean and organized service stations. You will assist with table setup, food presentation, and timely cleanup to ensure a smooth dining experience.

The role requires stamina to stand/work through shifts and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, including weekends and holidays. Join a team focused on hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to transport objects up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides Server support by maintaining ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes and related items at each table.
• Executes table setup and cleanup in an efficient manner.
• Transports trays from the dining room to the dishwashing area.
• Completes any beginning or closing shift duties.
• Assists in maintaining each service station.
• Manages competing demands while putting the guest first.
• Other duties may be assigned.
