Job summary

My Neighbor Felix is a vibrant, Mexican-inspired restaurant known for hospitality and bold flavors. We seek a Busser to support dining-room operations by keeping tables clean, stocking stations, and assisting servers to ensure timely service and an inviting guest experience.

Under restaurant leadership, you’ll perform side work, manage table maintenance, and help protect service standards while delivering courteous, efficient support across front-of-house teams.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
• Upscale, high-volume, Mexican-inspired or cocktail-focused restaurant experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tables and support service flow throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables to ensure timely seating.
• Pre-bus tables, refill water, and assist with table maintenance during service.
• Support servers, runners, bartenders, hosts, and managers with urgency and teamwork.
• Deliver items promptly and maintain professional interactions with guests.
• Stock and maintain service stations with glassware, utensils, and supplies.
• Perform opening, running, and closing side work and prepare the restaurant for service.
