BENCHMARK is looking for a motivated Busser to join our team at THesis Hotel Miami in Coral Gables. The Busser plays a key role in delivering memorable hospitality and supporting the servers to ensure a fantastic dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, and assisting servers. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

The position offers compensation at $10.98 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to regularly lift and carry 25 lbs.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area.
• Maintain proper set-up of the server stations.
• Assist in keeping tables clean and available for guests.
