Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking staff to assist in our skier café, providing fast and courteous service of food and beverages. You will clear and set tables, maintain dining areas, and support the café team as needed.

Responsibilities include clearing tables, setting up and breaking down dining spaces, and promptly responding to guest requests while following safety and sanitation policies. Evenings, weekends and holidays are a regular part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• TIPs/TAMS Certified – may be obtained after employment.
• ServSafe certified preferred – may be obtained while employed.
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.
• Clear tables after guests. Take tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing.
• Promptly clean table tops, chairs, and booths between seating. Check floor and clean as required.
• Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests to leaders as needed.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Clipper Café as directed by the Café manager or immediate supervisor.
• Set up and break down dining room for each shift.
• Maintain service stations in a clean and orderly manner throughout shift.
• Perform all opening and closing side work as required.
• Perform additional duties as requested by a manager at any time.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
