Job summary

Ghirardelli Chocolate in San Francisco, CA seeks a dedicated dishwashing team member to support premium chocolate experiences. You will ensure fast, friendly guest service and maintain a clean, safe dishroom per company standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, proper sanitation, and efficient workflow, with opportunities to contribute to up-sell efforts and beverage station upkeep. Must be 18+ with a high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Guest service.
• Maintain dishroom to Company Standards of cleanliness, arrangement, and display.
• Maintain knowledge of all products, pricing, and Company History.
• Follow Food Safety guidelines and maintain all table tops, serve ware, dish equipment, laundry equipment, floors and trash receptacles in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Maintain the stockroom in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Launder dirty uniforms, towels, and other items as needed to ensure plentiful, clean supply.
• Perform Semi-Table Service as part of overall Guest Satisfaction.
• Empty trash cans and manage trash storage area.
