Job summary

Yard House in Sparks, NV is seeking a Busser/Barback to support servers and bartenders and ensure our dining and bar areas are clean, stocked, and inviting. The role includes clearing the bar, sanitizing barware, restocking glassware, and maintaining fresh beer on tap by managing keg changes.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers and bartenders by keeping dining room, bar, lobby clean, sanitized, stocked and visually appealing.
• Clear bar top, clean/sanitize barware, and restock glassware and plateware.
• Change out kegs as needed to keep beers on tap fresh.

Job description

Location: 1160 Scheels Dr, Sparks, NV, 89434 For this position, pay will be variable by location - plus tips.

Our Busser/Barbacks are the right hands to our Servers and Bartenders. They ensure our dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, stocked and visually appealing. They assist our Bartenders in clearing the bar top, cleaning/sanitizing the barware, and restocking glassware and plateware. In addition, they change out kegs as needed to keep our beers on tap fresh!
